Reasons for not using online travel agencies for purchasing tickets in Hong Kong 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) in Hong Kong conducted in June 2023, 40 percent of the respondents who did not purchase tickets or services through online travel agencies stated that they preferred to use the services of a traditional (offline) travel agency instead. In addition, 22 percent found a better price on the official webside of the travel service provider.
