Usage of telehealth services in the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia 2020
According to a survey conducted in 2020 in Australia about digital consumer trends, 22 percent of respondents had used more telehealth services since the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown. The survey was conducted in June and July, when most of the country was coming out of their first COVID-19 lockdown.
