According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 41 percent of Vietnamese respondents booked their travel tickets several weeks before their trip when using an online travel agency. Meanwhile, around four percent of them purchased their tickets the day before their trip via an online travel agency.
