According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in May 2023, 72 percent of the respondents belonging to the 25 to 34 years age group admitted to following at least one influencer on social media. This was the highest following observed among all the age groups. Overall, younger participants were found to be more inclined to follow influencers on social media.
