Share of gamers who play more than 5 hours a week 2020, by country
An October 2020 survey found that 41 percent of gamers in Taiwan and Thailand respectively spent more than five hours per week on video games, ranking first among all countries surveyed. Overall, gamers from Asian countries were the most engaged and most likely to spend at least five hours per week on gaming, with the notable exception being Germany in fifth place.
