According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies in Singapore conducted in June 2023, 66 percent of the respondents stated that they used a smartphone in order to purchase or book tickets on online travel agencies. The second-most popular device used by Singaporean respondents to book tickets on OTAs was a laptop.
