Leading uses of online travel agencies Malaysia 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on the usage of online travel agencies (OTAs) in Malaysia conducted in June 2023, 82 percent of the respondents stated that their main reason for using an online travel agent was for booking accommodation. Other than booking accommodation, Malaysian respondents also used OTAs to purchase tickets, be it flight, train, or bus tickets.
