Online travel agency usage penetration in Japan 2023, by age group

According to a survey on usage penetration of online travel agencies conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2023 in Japan, 43 percent of respondents between 35 and 44 years of age stated that they have used online travel agencies in the past. This age group had the highest percentage of users who utilized online travel agencies, followed by respondents aged 55 years and older.
