According to a survey on usage penetration of online travel agencies conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2023 in Japan, 63 percent of respondents stated that they used a desktop computer to make online travel bookings. The survey found this to be the device of choice for the majority of respondents who utilized online travel agencies' services.
