Main uses of mobile shopping apps in stores among U.S. consumers 2020

Almost one in two U.S. mobile users reported to have used shopping apps to compare pricing, a survey from 2020 revealed. Mobile consumers redeeming coupons followed with 40 percent, while 30 percent of responents stated they used mobile shopping apps to access extra information about products.
