This survey asked French seniors aged 70 and over on the reasons why they were not interested in the Internet in 2018. That year, we noticed that nearly half of the people questioned found it too complicated or said they were easily lost.
When seniors aged 60 and over were asked about their Internet access frequency, about four percent of seniors said they used it several times a week.
