Prefectures with shy residents in Japan 2020
According to a survey conducted in November 2020 among locals of the 47 prefectures in Japan, Ishikawa Prefecture showed with about 47 percent the largest share of residents perceiving themselves as shy. The survey revealed that 44 percent of residents in the Tokyo area considered themselves to be shy.
