Latin America & Caribbean: skepticism towards safety of vaccination 2018

Two out of ten Haitians surveyed in 2018 believed that vaccines are not safe. The same applied for 17 percent of respondents from Peru. According to the same global study, this South American country also had the largest share of people in Latin America and the Caribbean who did not agree that vaccines were effective.
