Average annual meat consumption per capita in Romania 2014-2022, by type
Over the years the meat consumption in Romania increased for all types except beef. In 2022, annual pork meat consumption amounted to 38 kilograms per capita. It was followed by poultry meat with an average annual consumption of 27.9 kilograms per person.
