In 2020, nearly half of surveyed audience reported increased use of mobile phones for nonfood product orders during the pandemic. It was also the device for wich the highest share of respondents intented to maintain an increased usage for non-food online shopping after the pandemic too.

The survey participants were polled in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg.
