Years since construction: maximum of 15 years, major refurbishments are taken into consideration.

Facilities: ceiling height of 2.7 meters or more, individual air conditioning, high anti-seismic and environmental performance.

Tsubo is an area unit in the Japanese system of weights and measures (1 tsubo equals around 3.31 square meters).

100 Japanese yen equal 0.65 U.S. dollars or 0.6 euros as of November 2024.
