In France in 2017, the source had calculated the Net Promoter Score for different hypermarkets in France, per region. The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. This measure gives insight on the customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. With opinions greatly depending on the region of the hypermarkets, when customers were asked if they would recommend the hypermarkets they visited to those around them, Cora Pacé customers were unanimous. The hypermarket achieved a Net Promoter Score of 66, making it the most recommended outlet in the top 10.
