Initiatives taken and planned in light of COVID-19 by businesses in Singapore 2020
49 percent of enterprises surveyed in Singapore in 2020 cited digitalization as the next step to take to improve their business. While most small and medium enterprises pointed almost equally to prioritizing digitalization, building financial resilience, and improving innovation, a significant amount of large enterprises mentioned digitalization as their key initiative to upgrade and transform.
