Based on the 2020 survey results, fear was the most common feeling among Finns toward future of Finland. 23 percent of respondents stated that they felt fear about Finland's future, followed by interest at 20 percent and no emotion at 15 percent. Overall, Finland's future evoked divided opinions, 45 percent expressed positive feelings, while 41 percent had negative feelings regarding the country's future.
The data on emotions was analyzed with the NayaDaya Empathy Analytics, based on the model of emotional experiences with 20 emotion choices.
