Key factors for improving logistic services in Russia 2020

As of November 2020, fast and reliable delivery services as well, as lower shipping costs were the most important factors for Russian online retailers when choosing their logistic partner, each supported by more than 15 percent of respondents. Around eight percent of the polled audience also mentioned the need of improving as overall service level.
