Daimler Buses sold around 20,000 buses and coaches worldwide in 2020, a slump of 38 percent compared to the previous financial year. Latin America (excluding Mexico) was the leading regional market with close to 8,000 units sold, but sales in the region decreased by just over half its 2019 figures. European sales also dropped by 19 percent between the two years.
