Despite the current economic context, at the end of 2020, HR managers and executives found it easier for companies to hire people with disabilities than in 2018 and 2019. Among the general public, on the other hand, the share of people considering it difficult for companies to hire people with disabilities increased from 67 percent in 2018 to 72 percent at the end of 2020. It had decreased to 64 percent in 2021, but then increased again to 72 percent in 2023.
