A global survey on attitudes towards coronavirus COVID-19 vaccinations revealed that Taiwanese people have become more willing to take the newly developed vaccines. As per the survey conducted in May 2022, about 92 percent of the respondents from Taiwan said that they had either taken or would take the coronavirus vaccines. Taiwan launched its COVID-19 vaccination program in late August 2021.
