Familiarity with high nutrition vegetables in Japan 2020
According to a survey conducted in Japan in February 2020, around 95 percent of respondents were aware that broccoli were high in nutrition. While almost all respondents were familiar with the nutritious character of the green cabbage, only about one in four consumers knew that white celery was a high nutrition vegetable.
