The final consumption of oil in Central Africa reached around 8.7 million metric tons in 2019. The projection was slight lower than the one for the previous year, when the oil demanded by end users was measured at 8.3 million metric tons. Overall, the final consumption of oil in the entire African continent reached nearly 190 million metric tons in 2019.
