The largest share of cross-border investment in real estate worldwide came from the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. A total of 8.6 billion U.S. dollars' worth of cross border capital were deployed from this region in the first quarter of 2024. The Americas came second with cross border investment amounting to 5.5 billion U.S. dollars.
