Technology investment plans of commercial real estate firms worldwide 2020

According to the results of a survey conducted among commercial real estate C-suite executives worldwide, between 40 and 50 percent of firms expect to increase their investment in technology in the next 12 months. European respondents felt most positively about investment into digital transformation with approximately 50 percent expecting an increase in investments. In North America, on the other hand, approximately 29 percent of industry experts shared that they expect investments to decrease.
