A survey from 2019 showed that 37 percent of business-to-business (B2B) buyers made more purchases on Amazon Business than in the previous years in the United States. Since the rise of Amazon Business, only 15 percent of surveyed buyers have not changed their shopping behavior when making purchases for their companies.
