Mexico: weekly time spent on personal care activities 2019, by gender
On average, Mexican women sleep more than their male counterparts, according to a survey carried out in 2019. That year, the women surveyed in the country spent an average of 53.2 hours sleeping, almost one hour longer than men. In contrast, Mexican men participating in the survey spent more time with pray, rest, or meditation that year, when compared to women.
