According to a survey carried out in October 2020 in the United States, 58 percent of Millennials and nearly half of Generation X respondents were more likely to shop for home furnishing online compared with before the COVID-19 pandemic. In contrast, 37 percent of Baby boomers were more likely to buy furniture online. In 2021, furniture and bedding sales were forecast to reach 119.8 billion U.S dollars.
