During a survey fielded in Brazil in September 2020 with people who accessed the internet amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, 57 percent of respondents said they were interested in watching live shows featuring special guests discussing the arts, contemporary problems, and ideas. Almost half (48 percent) of respondents stated that they were interested in watching pre-recorded videos with tips on how to make and/or produce art. Yet one out of five (20 percent of) internet users surveyed said they were not interested in doing any of the online activities listed by the source.
