Purposes of IT projects in companies in Russia 2021
The increase in company efficiency was named the key driver for IT projects' implementation by 65 percent of respondents in Russia ahead of 2021. A higher sales volume and potential new customers were stated by almost one half of surveyed companies. For 28 percent of business representatives, they main purpose was to control employees as they worked remotely.
