Around half of UK businesses currently trading in the wholesale and retail trade segment were planning to use more UK suppliers after the United Kingdom was officially out of the European Union. According to the results of a recent study conducted in the final weeks of the transition period, only around ten percent of businesses that were planning to make changes to their supply chain post-Brexit stated that they were intending to use more non-EU suppliers.
