Online diaries and journals use in education in Russia 2019, by area
Share of educational institutions using digital tools for tracking students' grades and progress, such as e-journals and e-learning diaries, was higher in urban areas of Russia, where they were implemented in 91 percent of institutions in 2019. In rural areas, the share of use of electronic diaries and journals was seven percent lower.
