India's financial year starts in April and ends in March. For example, FY 2019 started in April 2018 and ended in March 2019.
Light commercial vehicles (LCV) have gross vehicle weight below 7.5 metric tons. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) ranged from over 7.5 metric tons up to 55 metric tons.
