For 2020's holiday season, it was projected that about a third of consumers in the United Kingdom did their online Christmas shopping using a computer, while about 63 percent of UK shoppers used mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones. In Italy, there would be more of a fifty-fifty split between PC and mobile use when shopping online for Christmas.
