Share of people using basic sanitation services in North Africa 2017, by country
In 2017, the entire Libyan population had access to at least basic sanitation services. Egypt followed with 94 percent of the people being able to use adequate sanitation facilities. On the other hand, only 37 percent of the population in Sudan had proper toilet facilities as of the same year.
