Level of interest in eSports events on Twitch in Italy 2020, by macro-region
According to a December 2020 survey, the Islands (Sicily, Sardinia) was the macro-region in Italy recording the highest share of individuals watching eSports events or gaming live streaming on Twitch. About 30 percent of respondents from this area claimed to have done so occasionally in the 12 months before the survey. Conversely, 64 percent of residents of the Center did not show any interest in watching eSports events or gaming live streaming on Twitch.
