Level of interest in eSports events in Italy 2020, by age group
According to a December 2020 survey, individuals aged between 18 and 24 years showed the highest interest in eSports events in Italy. Roughly 32 percent of interviewees within this age group claimed to follow eSports events occasionally. Meanwhile, 27 percent of respondents aged between 25 and 34 years said the same. Conversely, 65 percent of people aged 55 years and older did not show any interest in eSports events as of 2020.
