Effectiveness of chatbots for B2B tech vendors and buyers worldwide 2020
Business-to-business (B2B) tech buyers and vendors have very different perception as to how effective chatbots are in capturing buyers' attention. More than half of surveyed B2B tech vendors believe chatbots are very or fairly effective as a marketing tactic. However, only 10 percent of surveyed B2B tech buyers say they are very or fairly likely to respond to a chatbot. An overwhelming 69 percent of buyer respondents claim it is not likely at all that they would respond to a chatbot.
