In 2024, the legal retirement age in Italy remained unchanged at 67 years for both men and women compared to 2023. Between 2010 and 2019, the pensionable age increased for both genders, for women mostly. In fact, it grew by only two years for male workers, but it raised by seven years for female employees within the same time frame.
