A Swiss dish also popular in France, raclette consists of heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, more often than not on potatoes.
For this dish, potatoes are usually boiled "en robe des champs," meaning with their skin. Half of the respondents then eat them peeled, while a quarter enjoys them with the skin. Nearly a quarter declares eating their potatoes both ways.
When you eat a raclette, how do you eat the potatoes?
