In the measured period, Black Friday-related searches regarding Walmart amounted to approximately 8.24 million searches. As the Black Friday shopping event originated in the United States, it is hardly surprising that many of the top retailers are based in the country as U.S. consumers are making the most of the annual shopping deals on the day after Thanksgiving.
