Bank consumer satisfaction worldwide 2024, by metric
According to a survey conducted by Statista among more than 75,000 consumers across 33 markets worldwide, consumers in general were most satisfied with the trustworthiness and digital services of their bank. Terms and conditions, which was the second most valued aspect of the banking service, scored the lowest satisfaction rate of 3.8 index points.
