In 2019, a survey of U.S. adults found that younger generations are more willing to receive healthcare virtually compared to older generations. Although, 81 percent of all adults surveyed would prefer in-person experiences with medical professionals, 41 percent of those in Gen Z would prefer a digital or virtual appointment.
