Real estate investments change worldwide 2020, by region

As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, real estate investment in the first half of 2020 saw an overall decrease. The EMEA region was least impacted, with approximately 19 percent fall in real estate investment volumes in the first half of 2020 compared to the first half of 2019. The Asia-Pacific region, on the other hand, experienced 45 percent drop in investment volumes.
