According to a 2023 survey, the majority of professional investors in the Greater China plan to increase their allocation of ESG - or Environmental, Social, and Governance - investments over the next year. A large share of American and European investors also plan to increase their allocation to ESG investments, although one percent of American investors admitted to not being sure what an ESG investment is.
