Measures to improve traveler confidence by airlines and travel industry 2020-2021
In 2020, 65 percent of respondents globally expressed that all airlines following the same hygiene practices would immensely improve their confidence to fly. In addition, 62 percent of respondents believe that a consistent worldwide set of safety standards would be of huge significance in improving their flying confidence.
