Effects of new technologies in the cabin on traveler confidence 2020
In 2020, 51 percent of respondents globally expressed that the reallocation of empty seats for distancing in the cabin would significantly improve their confidence. In addition, 44 percent of respondents believed the introduction of contactless payment technology in the airplane cabin would as well greatly improve their confidence during their inflight experience.
