In a survey conducted in the first quarter of 2019 in Europe and the United States, half of traditional office landlords said that assets of big coworking organizations are undervalued on the office real estate market. In contrast, the biggest share of operators, equity investors and lenders thought that valuations are accurate (71, 79, and 61 percent respectively). Valuation refers to determining an asset or a company's current worth.
